Zeytinburnu

Zeytinburnu, on İstanbul's European side along the Marmara Sea, is bordered by Fatih to the east, Bayrampaşa and Eyüpsultan to the north, and Güngören, Bakırköy and Esenler to the west. Much of the 1453 siege of İstanbul took place within what are now the district's borders; the 5th-century Balıklı Church, a stretch of the Theodosian Walls, and the Panorama 1453 History Museum are among its main historic sites.
