Köprübaşı is a Manisa district on the Salihli–Demirci highway, settled after the Demirköprü Dam flooded the village of Borlu in 1958. Freshwater fishing on the Demirköprü reservoir and, in recent years, growing strawberry farming are important to the district's economy.
