Osmaniye
Osmaniye lies at the eastern end of the Çukurova plain, between the Taurus and Amanus mountains. The Late Hittite Karatepe-Aslantaş Open-Air Museum, the ancient city of Castabala and peanuts are its highlights. The area was affected by the 2023 earthquakes centred on Kahramanmaraş and some sites may be under repair; check whether they are open before you go.
